Managed a public art project Event Horizon by Sir Antony Gormley. Thirty-one sculptures installed on rooftops and public spaces on the ground generated wide interest from audiences. It was the most extensive public art project in Hong Kong.

The project was covered by over 400 media reports and awarded the Mumbrella Award for Bravery for the Public Relations achievement.

Initiated and managed Poetry on the Tram, a first ever poetry project for the 150 year-old Hong Kong Trams.

UK Now is the largest festival of British Arts and Creative Industries ever held in China, bringing over 200 events with a physical audience of over 3.6 million in 29 cities. I led on strategy planning, staffing, budgeting, audiences development, key government and corporate stakeholder management for the project.
